hindsight exists to help business leaders radically reappraise their approach to complex decision-making. We are working in an increasingly demanding environment where individual and team performance is fundamental to success. Training is essential but time is at a premium, circumstances are unforgiving, resources are limited and there is very little margin for error.
hindsight recognises that the Military have been operating in very similar situations over the last 10 years. Gone are the days of the linear thinker; success is dependant on an ability to manage complexity in uncertain circumstances, often under extreme pressure. hindsight has developed an exclusive 2 day experience which uses the drama and emotion of a battlefield to act as a catalyst which will provoke a wide and varied debate. Participants from any demanding occupation will be encouraged to consider their own challenges from a completely new angle. At selected viewpoints over a memorable battlefield on the beaches the group will consider complex decision-making from the highest Strategic to the lowest Tactical level. Using history as the reference point we will explain how today’s military leaders address contemporary challenges. The hindsight experience will then allow participants to draw their own business parallels in unforgettable circumstances, facilitated by the best academic, business and military minds.
